Faithfull the Brand Reviews

I’ve ordered from Faithfull the Brand twice now, i think the quality lines up well with the price. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but the fabrics feel nice, and the pieces haven’t started looking tired after a few washes, which I appreciate.
The dresses fit nicely and feel a bit more thoughtful than the usual fast fashion stuff. I also feel better buying something that seems made to last instead of just ending up in the back of the closet after one season. I grabbed one order during a sale, which made it feel like an even better deal, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

Picked up a linen dress from Faithfull and noticed the stitching right away. Really neat seams, buttons feel properly attached, and the fabric still sits nicely after a wash. Doesn’t feel cheap at all. Happy with it.

I was actually surprised by how soft this feels. It’s comfy enough that I keep reaching for it... just really nice fabric overall.

I thought the sale would have better deals, but the prices still felt high to me. A few things only had a tiny discount, and a lot of the sizes were already limited. The clothes are Nice, don’t get me wrong, but for a sale I was kinda disappointed. didn’t really feel like much of a bargain.

I was mostly just trying to find something that wouldn’t clash with everything else, and I didn’t want anything too bold or busy. When these arrived, I set them aside for a bit and only really noticed them later, but the prints are really cute. The patterns have a nice look without being too loud, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I wasn’t sure about the sizing and expected it to be a hassle, but I reached out anyway. The customer service team got back to me quickly and were really nice about it. They helped me figure everything out without making it confusing, which was such a relief. Really happy I asked

I had to return a dress, and the refund came back faster than I thought it would. it was stress-free, which is always a relief, right?

I really like Faithfull the Brand’s vibe. Their dresses and matching sets have that relaxed vacation feel without looking like you’re trying too hard. The prints are cute, and the cuts are simple but still feel a little special, like i said, very easy to wear.
I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the styles do start to feel a bit similar from season to season, and like i said, I’d love to see more variety. Still, overall the clothes are really pretty, flattering, and easy to style...

I reached out for help the replies have been really slow. I keep checking my inbox, even the little timestamp on the last message, and there’s still nothing useful back yet. It’s frustrating because I just wanted a simple update, but I’m still sitting here waiting for someone to actually help.

I ordered this hoping it would look the way it did in the description, and thankfully it really did. The sizing was spot on for me, and the fabric felt just like it was described too. No weird surprises when it arrived, which is always a win.

I really like the way it fits, it’s cute and comfortable. The support is decent, but I do wish there was just a bit more, especially if you’re wearing it for a while. It also runs a tiny bit small, so maybe size up if you’re in between..

I ordered from Faithfull the Brand to the UK and, i was a bit suspicious at first because duties and taxes can be where the nasty surprises show up.

But the checkout actually laid everything out clearly, so I knew what I was paying before the parcel even arrived. I kept half-expecting some random courier bill anyway, but nothing extra turned up, which was a relief.

Delivery took about what I’d expect for international shipping. Overall, it was straightforward, and I’m glad there weren’t any hidden costs.

I got a dress from Faithfull and overall, I'm really happy with it. It fits true to size and it's comfy enough to wear all day. The bust is just a little snug on me, but not enough to be a dealbreaker. I'd still definitely wear it again.

I just ordered my usual size it fit exactly how I hoped it would. No awkward gaps or anything weird like that, which is such a relief. I’m really happy with it, don’t you love when something just fits right?

Just a heads up to save you some time: the clothes are nice, but don’t expect great packaging. My order did arrive on time, which was good, but the bag was slightly ripped and the dress came out really creased. For the price, I expected it to be packed with a bit more care

I really liked the clothes, but the return info was not easy to figure out. I had to click around a bunch and still wasn’t totally sure what actually counted for returns. Confusing. It made the whole order feel a little risky.
